you can't actually see the tombs, don't bother climbing up into the trees ..the journey ends at the last stone wall

Huge tomb of Ming dynasty emperor. Includes nice parks , gardens , lots of statues and a lake .

You can find only souvenir store insight mausoleum, but view from top of the wall is quite nice.

The exit's pretty far from the entrance, by approximately 1-2 miles. Hard to find taxis near the entrance.

It's a beautiful place and it is typically Chinese.

If you have time, just wait until plum blossom festival ..

Walk the sacred avenue. It's so beautiful.

明孝陵景区比较大，建议从1口进，7口出。

明朝在位皇帝共16位，太祖孝陵在此，孝文帝无陵墓，代宗景泰陵位于北京金山，其他皆在北京昌平十三陵
