The room was cozy and a good standard but the reception area needs a bit of modernisation. Told a different check out time to the one given on leaflet which caused problems.

One of the best hotels in Bournemouth in my opinion. Clean rooms with laminate floors, all standard double size, friendly staff, free car park, and 10 mins walk from the beach. What more do you need? - Dahya Mistry
