Be hesitant about using their online system to book a table. We booked a table online for a Christmas dinner (confirmed 2x). They called today to cancel the reservation due to an event booking .

A cafe set inside an antique shop - great atmosphere, and great coffee . Best cafe in howick !

Customer service has obviously improved. Efficient but pleasant and unobtrusive. Duck spring rolls were delicious.

Went here on extremely good recommendations. Girl behind the counter was really grumpy. She needs to learn how to smile! Will go somewhere else next time.
