I lived in Japan for 14 years. I know Japanese food . Most Japanese restaurants are not run by Japanese. You can especially tell in the cheap rice they use. This restaurant chefs are in fact Japanese.

ask to be seated on the floor it's the coolest experience! They ask you to take your shoes off so beware! The spicy tuna roll and sweet potato roll are so good and we tried a pickle roll!! so good

Sushi and maki ,both traditional and modern are excellent

Get the fried Sushi . It's brilliant.. And also try the awesome Japanese beer - Hitachino - Kiuchi Brewery
