Spin class with Rachel on Wednesday & Saturday's are a lot of fun. Monica's classes are tough and she will kick your butt. But you always want to come back for more.

The size of this club makes it super efficient and the layout is perfect for those who can't handle stairs!

They now have wifi throughout and phone chargers on their new equipment. Small, but nice improvement.

Small club, but usually no wait for machines. Makes strength training easy. Free wifi as in all LifeTime clubs.

When it comes to yoga , vinyasa flow is the way to go!

New spinners. Watts, cadence, speed, distance and wireless (ant +) for heart rate.

Ashley the general manager is super nice. Best customer service i have ever had.

Tell them to stop being so damn cheap and to get cell signal repeaters for the club.

Employee is rude and lazy. I asked him nicely to refill wipes and I get brushed off ...Nice way to earn your pay!

The Zumba classes are awesome!

Small Lifetime. Needs an upgrade. Should never be in a strip mall . I will avoid this gym whenever possible. Too bad its the closest to my house.

Don't forget to bring a towel : P
