The food is great, some of the best Indian food I've had in a while. For drinks, I'd pass on the Chili Mantra, it tasted like a salt bomb. ???? The Mango Gimlet my bf got, however, was delicious.
LOVE IT!! Love love love it!!! The chaata= meh. It was ok but I'd never order it again. For the main dish I had a chefs special combination of the rara lamb and the lamb stew - it was amazing!
Enjoy whatever chaat is served. It will blow your socks off. The shrimp konkani is fla forkful, and not overly spicy . Nice wine list ... try the gruner veltliner. Matches well with the food.
Esquire: Because spice, hospitality , and wine aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials. Because this unassuming, unexpected jewel in a VA mall is one of the very best Indian restaurants in America
This place is incredible. If you don't enjoy your experience here than you must hate Indian food . The staff is awesome and you never get what your order because they pick something better
Hands down, best Indian restaurant I have been in the US! Great ambience, welcoming service and yes, they make food Indian Indian if you ask for. "Daal tadka maarke!"
My husband received a gift card for Christmas so he & I - - having NEVER eaten Indian food before - - had lunch there this week!! The food AND service was EXTRAORDINARY!! Thanks Lehja !!
Lemon has the best traditional Indian food , but Lehja has the best modern take on Indian food I've ever had. It's like Richmond's Rasika.
Get the Garlic naan and chatt for apps. Try the andhra chicken and aam-anar lamb for main. And must have chocolate fondant for dessert .
For dinner try the Goan Lamb Vin d’alho. The meat is extraordinarily tender and well-seasoned, while the chili-tomato sauce demands an order of naan to soak up what’s left behind.
Lehja is probably my favorite Indian restaurant on the West End. Great service, great food, friendly and good local beers on tap .
Wonderful I really like to come to this place cleaning and they r very nice
The naan is good but other food is okay. Not bad for a mall restaurant . Service is uncoordinated: I was asked for my order by several wait staff . The décor and atmosphere is relaxing & delightful.
The Goan lamb vin d’ alho and goat cheese naan are top of my list!
Some of the best Indian fusion I've ever had. Make sure to try a lamb dish and get the kulfi for dessert . I just came in my pants a little.
The Mango Gimlet is so delicious, you'll want to order 10.
The coconut lemongrass chicken is awesome. The chakka chick pea dish is a great starter also.
Todays specials ::Lamb Shank Patiala Shahi !! Amazing flavors !!
Wonderful I really like to come to this place cleaning and they r very nice
Chilean Seabass !! Just buttery , herb !! So damn good .
Excellent service , clean bathrooms , and friendly staff-one of my top rated!
Wao !! Tandoori Panchpuran spiced Cod !! Just melt down in your mouth .
Don't be alarmed if the dining area is empty, this is some of the best Indian in RVA.
Korma chicken is must. In general go for chicken .
Highly recommend!! The best Indian food I've had in Richmond. Everything we had was awesom
Restaurant uses no peanuts - great for those allergic
One of the best Indian restaurants that I ever been.
Like to try new foods? this is a homerun.
try the mango lassi drink! it's like a smoothie with mango & yogurt , very yummy
The food was great! Hubby recommends the goat .
Food is awesome if you are in for the high price! It's worth the price :)
It's Richmond restaurant week! Some money goes toward the food bank on the second menu! Do it!
Great food!!! Horrible wait staff . Really, really great food smh
Great starters. Try the shiitake leek tikki
Firecracker chicken and Paneer 65 ... To die for!
Garlic Naan , Palak Paneer
Sea bass melts in your mouth.
Go for lunch . Unlimited naan and rice with your order. It's dangerously carb-a-licious.
Try the Indian Ice Cream !
Staff was nice and made chicken pakoras for the kids!
Chicken tikka
delicious food. highly recommend the naan
