Was shocked to see such a luxurious hotel in Iowa. This place is something you'd see on Newbury street in Boston. Super clean and friendly staff . Bowling alley in basement is a plus.

restaurant , bar are impeccable. there is no words to describe the grand gold room ballroom , it will take your breath away along with the exceptional attention to every little detail .

We personally didn't have any issues with our check-in or room, but I'm very disappointed in the way the staff dealt with the rest of our wedding party, particularly the bride/groom parents!

Grand opening soon. BSI has done an exceptional job, along with all the other contractors. the workmanship that was put into bringing it back to its original beauty is beyond words.

Be sure to check out the bowling alley and Martini Lounge downstairs. LAURA IS AWESOME!

Room 705 is exquisite, jazz band in Sundays is exceptional and the beignets are addictive.

This hotel has a very masculine feel and has a barbershop in the lobby.

Water pressure is weak. That's the only negative about this hotel . Otherwise it is perfect.
