We love the Lagoon Deluxe room..just jump in and out of the pool as you please. Try to get the rooms away from the bar when you make your bookings as it gets really noisy at nite.

Got the Lil Rock Suite upgraded with King's Club privileges. Kids love the PS3 and private space . Only Rasa Sayang hotel can trump Kings Club access. You won't know what you've been missing till then

Glad I ended up staying here. Laid back , fantastic pool, super friendly people. Lots of families so it gets loud sometimes. Beach is being widened by the govt so expect construction til 2017.

Room was a decent size, fresh & clean . Lot's of nice amenities , proper entertainment system & wifi . Now these are things that U would expect from such a hotel . I would like to give a big thumbs up!

Get a room on the upper floors away from the crowd if you want some peace and quiet . The staff are really friendly , but the wifi isn't strong enough. I enjoyed my stay here, I'd definitely come again.

Great stay , friendly staff . The wrist band is kinda inconvenience that we have to wear whole day. Room is comfortable . Too bad bathroom is small. Direct access to beach . Pool with sand beach area.

The sevice from all ground staff is exemplary! Arrange to stay in Room 438 as it's nice and quiet + great views . Breakfast spread is amazing along with entertainment and cleanliness.

If ur ordering room service get the quick n easy sets. Theyre worth the money. Entree, dessert n a beer for 50 bux! Go for the grilled steak sandwich . Thy give a hefty portion of meat.

Pool is awesome for children. With slides. Altogether all good for the hotel .Not so good for the eateries though. Lack of vatieties in the menu. However all the staff are super friendly .

We arrived there around 3pm(exact check in time),but 4pm they only give us room's card,because they haven't finished clean their room,slow efficiency but good service .
