Great place and great service. Gets quite busy and then run a waiting list. However, the list runs quickly so if you're told a 20 minute wait it's unlikely to be more. We waited next door with a beer !

Got a seat at the counter and had delicious toasted muesli without nuts in them, with stewed rhubarb and yoghurt - a rare treat indeed for a nut allergy sufferer. And it was super tasty.

Ordered the NY Strip Steak and holy heck, definitely one of the best I’ve had! Montreal Poutine was delicious and moreish. I think this place is too good for Auckland ????

Had a feast here: latkes with apple , mashed potatoes with gravy , coleslaw , turkey meatloaf , asparagus salad , poutine and pumpkin pie . All good, but highlights were the salad and coleslaw . Must order.

Mish-mash from the breakfast menu is so satisfying - so simple but so much favours! Smoked hash with the mullet is also great.

The griddle cakes are amazing! They come with blueberries and cinnamon butter . The sandwiches are also delicious!

Went for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Pastrami is New York worthy, and hash was perfection. Don't miss the Cinnamon Girl.

i liked the bagel with smoked salmon , onions and capers . and it was nice to sit outside on a sunny day. unfortunately they did not have cappuccino
