meeting forums in 5th floor: you can hear what people discuss in other forums, so noisy . Room not too light for working... Afterall this is a very nice holiday hotel not a conference ..

Executive room was great.but I cant find a hairdryer anywhere.and the tv channels are too limited for a five star hotel .

it's ok, but somehow my room had an AC that doesn't cool, they switched our rooms though no problem. It's not a place I'd stay for the pool or buffet though. For one night stay it's ok.

Must be patient.. For check-in .. A security doesn't work good.. So, A women scold me & ma cousin in the car, though we're parking good & true .. In front of the lobby . I'm so disappointed :(

Once is enough. The pool attendant told me to report to the security and pay additional charge for bringing camera larger than pocket, the quality of their breakfast was very dissapointing .
