So I thought the whole point of online ordering was that they would have it ready when you come to the store. I got the pick-up notification in hand!

Stood at the paint counter for nearly 20 minutes, with 3 different men working, not once did any of the 3 of them acknowledge me. Not even a "hey I'll be right with you" and walked past me 10+ times
