While it is true that they can get backed up with their line , it doesn't help when the customers get to the register and don't know what they want.
They need to have more than 1 register open at all times.
The Redbox here is one of the least crowded in Clermont.
Unbelievable! Stand in line for 15 minutes to mail a package and the manager states they don't have any tape. Haven't had any in 5 years! US Postal Service continues to suck!
