This is one of the best spots to look at Jakarta HI roundabout view . Located at 11th floor of menara BCA, there are 2 ways of going to the gym ... via the East mall or via menara BCA/ lobby.

My fave gym in town , and quite better than the other FF branches in Jakarta cuz it has pool, large freestyle area & friendly staff . In some branches, they won't allow u to do floor exercise barefoot.

It's a strategic place for a gym , right in the center of business district and located inside a shopping mall .. Lots of good-looking Young Executives after office hour, come and join us here.. :)

The pool is worth the price of the membership. An oasis in the center of Jakarta, 11 stories in the air. Almost out of reach of the blaring city below.

Fitness First GI has A Good Cardio Place called Cinefit. I've done it last year September 2013- November 2013. I do cardio at 12 o clock til 14 o clock.

Tips to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right,then turn it to the left. Repeat this every time you are offered something to eat

Great place, feels like in a maze :-) plentiful of shower and lockers but too bad no class for RPM. Great view of Jakarta from cardio stations, just the LCD TVs create distractions.

Swimming pool

The hardest part of getting fit is getting your ass to the gym . Just do it.

Fun time with hunks are during working hours and late night weekends. Sauna or steam room would do ;)

This ia the worst ff @jakarta. Crowded , oversubscribed, always full equipment, hott like no aircom hot! Locker frequently full, need to q for locker. Avoid!
