The employees are very friendly and helpful! Nice atmosphere, decorations and services! The pool and beach are very good too! The pool illumination is outstanding! But the drinks are fully watered

We had an awesome time here! The staff is really nice,seeing the three peacocks on the grounds of the resort was a plus????there is also a free water park 10 mins away!!!

Everything you need is right here: casino , disco/pub, entertainment room and different kinds of water sports such as water polo.

Well , I would go to dreams next time. This one is on its way out. Old tvs , not working air conditioning , awful taste snacks , dirty glasses all around the pool, and I could go on.

Not much, check in was unprofessional and didn't add any needed details.., if you want wifi , you need to get the front desk to set up all devices, they won't give a you the code.

Buffett is horrible. It doesn't help there are Thousands of kids running around touching all the food, people cutting, so rude the Europeans ! Ill never come back even if it were free!

Amazing swimming pool

No orientation of the services or grounds. Just very weak in sense of service. As for food services, food is horrible, and the so called concierge is a totally waste of tine.

He who respects himself and his pocket should never even consider this an option .

Прекрасные пальмы ,приветливый персонал ,достаточно ветрено на пляже (были в январе)...номера повидавшие виды ,питание разнообразное.По территории ходят павлины ,коты...На пляже есть бар,стейк перекус

Приветливый персонал ,номера убирают каждый день,первая линия пляжа . Из минусов отсутствие free wi-fi,далеко от центра, неудобные кровати.Это не 5, это твёрдая 3.

пляж просторный. песок желтый. покупали сувениры в русском магазине, душевный персонал .еда норм. ванные комнаты с плесенью. павиы гуляют везде)

Se você esteve somente nesse hotel , não conhece Punta Cana . Os hotéis de Bávaro são superiores e de melhor atendimento, com praias melhores

Estuve en el parque acuático y el servicio es malísimo, la comida muy mala y las atracciones no son la gran cosa.

Pésima calidad de la comida, tanto en el buffete como en los restaurantes temáticos ! Mal servicio al cliente... Mala experiencia en general!

Um hotel horrível, praia feia e com péssimo atendimento, no geral.
