The Egg Sliders were so good - made it Vegetarian by add the veggie sausage and substituted Hollandaise for sausage gravy . Sooo good.

Breakfast burrito is my standby (with extra red pepper aioli ) but any of the eggs Benedict are rich, creamy and totally worth the calories. Baker's Benedict is my favorite.
