They provided generous servings of freshly cooked shrimp in the enmoladas . I also appreciated how they gave a sampling of the moles before you even order.
Everything and do not hesitate to ask questions. What I really appreciated is that the moles are not too hot and you can get more chiles on the side to tube it to your taste so everyone’s happy :)

El mole de Jovita es riquísimo, toda una delicia. Las enmoladas acompañaditas con arroz y frijoles son muy buenas. Excelente lugar.

Las enmoladas me encantaron, con el mole jovita , prro hay otras dos opciones que puedes probar con totopos antes de ordenar.
Ni siquiera se les ocurra no probar este mole , es un despertar! Me encantó que me hicieron unas enmoladas vegetarianas . Además el servicio es excelente por parte del mismo dueño del lugar.
