I've found it to be quite a nice place albeit a bit older. It's charming. Toilet is a bit tight but overall nice stay. Restaurant was a delight.

I really like this place. Best value for money if you are willing to endure the Tube for the commute into the city . Takes about an hour. I sleep during the ride.

Courteous staff , well appointed rooms with free wifi , and a fresh modern ambience. Stay park and fly service is terrific, with airport transfer and delivery of your car to arrivals when you return.

A very comfortable and convenient hotel for anyone flying to or from Heathrow Airport . The Hoppa buses serve the hotel and connect with the airport terminals .

They have fabulously deep bath tubs with water as hot as you can stand and enough shower gel at the ready for bubble baths

Amazing makeover of the bar and restaurant area, really great service and food. Great for meetings and conferences never had a problem parking .

The shower and bath gels have the same scents and bouquets as those very expensive ointments that my wife buys at Aveda. Must be the Carlson/Minnesota influence.

Sadly more network based disappointments. Signed up for 24hrs of movie access. Failed after 1st movie . Then all Internet disappeared from WIFI for a few hours in the morning. Great food though

I like the idock, nice touch. Pity the spa closes so early on a Sunday, 8pm? Would have lived a swim .

Good restaurant if you can put up with the relentless and inappropriate dance music whilst you eat.

Take the free local buses from the main road outside to/from the airport and save money.

Cocktails are about £3 cheaper in the restaurant than in the Bijou bar

The Saturday night stays are very inexpensive but expect to be an unwelcome guest at somebody else's party/corporate p**s-up/wedding/etc with the Hounslow & Staines massiv!

The official site offers a range of multi save offers. I got breakfast & unlimited on demand movies for only a few quid extra

If you're here with Showmasters events parking is free! Ask at Concierge desk to validate your ticket & show them your pass ;o)

Quite the Shitshow of a biz hotel : Poor lighting on desk(OK, no lighting), AC controls, and 5 pound bus ride to airport takes almost 30 minutes. Yes, my definition of Shitshow.

the attitude of the concierge leaves a lot to be desired. and avoid the 'single room', it's quite old and on the ground floor at the very end of the hotel , a good 3 minute walk from the lobby!

Large number of rooms refurbished on the 3rd floor, ask for one of those. Free wifi now.

Food in The Brasserie is good. Staff never gave me a knife and fork with my main dish. Took a set from the empty table beside me.

Other than the fact that is close to heathrow there is not much to say. Interior is ridiculously fake. Not even in Dubai.

No power sockets by the bed. This hotel is clearly older than mobile phones. Internet is £15 per day or £5 per hour. Otherwise comfortable .

Bring your own power adapter if you need it. They have none to lend out but do sell them from the vending machine. Quite expensive though

Sink drain plug is poorly designed. You have to reach into your used water to flip it open.

no hairdryer in the rooms! shower early or sleep on a wet pillow , it's your call.
