Little hometown supermarket feel. Delmonico steak is the best...and a great price. Plus they have butchers on site to cut your meat for free!

Ribeye . Ribeye cut into 1.25" - 1.5" thick steaks . But avoid the SuKarne (Mexican beef )- yes, it's cheaper, but the texture and flavor is just not as nice.
