The wait is half the fun at Elizabeth's! The upstairs bar is hip and rickety...ease your wait with a cocktail or an icy beer . Food is fresh, service efficient, always a true down home experience.
Breakfast tacos are DELICIOUS! They are so good they will get you pregnant. And your food baby will want more breakfast tacos . Ask for extra napkins.
The wait is long but so worth it!!! Eggs Florentine has the fried oysters with a spinach cream over some potatoes with a poached egg . Just the perfect breakfast after a night out. Great food.
It’s pretty much all good here. Get the fried green tomatoes with poached eggs . And a mimosa the size of a big gulp. Well priced and great , welcoming staff
Get there around 9am on a Saturday to beat the rush and get the blonde girl for you waitress ! Our experience was awesome but the table across from us got there during the rush and was not so lucky.
Fantastic brunch . Praline bacon and banana cream cheese stuffed french toast were killer. Grab a seat upstairs.
Lovely brunch spot in the Marigny. Famous for its praline bacon , this place has some of the best bloody marys in town . I tend to order the Country Breakfast with Pork Chops and Eggs .
Great food. You can buy dr bob’s art here too. Just make sure you have cash for the art but they do have an atm . I had boudins balls , oysters , and fried chicken . Delicious!!!
Really good cornbread waffles and praline bacon ! Coffee was delicious too.
Don't let the ambience fool you... Elizabeth's is amazing! The food is delicious and you can do some great people watching ????. I had the Eggs Elizabeth and cleaned my plate!!
A little gem way down in the Upper Ninth Ward, Elizabeth's is a great spot for brunch or, really, any meal. [Eater 38 Member]
Definitely one of the best brunch places I've been to. I recommend this place to everyone. On the outskirts of NOLA, so you'll have to drive there & wait in line , but definitely worth it!
Even though bacon is already awesome (and, is a candy of sorts), I just ate PRALINE BACON . I love you praline bacon . I love you...
This place is so worth the schlep and the wait. Not only is the food delicious, but it's also wonderfully photogenic.
The praline bacon is amazing and a must order. We also ordered the crabby eggs and they were delicious. If you don't eat a lot, I recommend splitting an entree with someone.
Breakfast : Elizabeth's. It's in the bywater section of Nola. It's right on the riverfront in an old house. The food they cook there is what every breakfast should be like.
Everything was great. Standouts included callas (rice doughnuts ), boudin balls (sausage balls) and sweet potato duck hash on a corn waffle .
Portions are huge, ambience is spacious and lovely and the food most certainly gets the job done. Fried chicken is some of the best I've ever had
The praline bacon , fried green tomatoes & half chicken were all great. Chicken was a little over cooked but well seasoned. Deduction for the big rat running around on the dining room floor.
Had the "Redneck" eggs . Friend green tomatoes with eggs Bennie and hash browns . Big sized family style dining. I'd you're close by I would say go.
had to get my food to go but it was AMAZING. Wow the praline bacon is to die for. Can't wait to come back already...
One of my fave restaurants of all time! Beer bq shrimp was amazing as was praline bacon ! Everything was so so so good!
One of my favorite brunch spots . This place has many delicious items to choose from. You have to try the praline bacon !!
The service is great, lovely people! The food is quite heavy so make sure to be super hungry!
Large mimosas and get the eggs Elizabeth’s. Anything with ham and you’ll be in paradise!
Can’t go wrong with The Praline Bacon and Chicken snd waffles
Praline bacon ! Great breakfast , good service , and neat art from Dr. Bob you can purchase. Don't pass this place up!
Get the Praline Bacon and force your table to split the dish with you (because you only need one slice of this goodness.) It's delicious and decadent.
Two Words, Praline Bacon ! We had Boudin Benedict and Crabby Benedict...oh and Fried Green Tomatoes ...this place rocks!!!
The place for breakfast and brunch , Elizabeth’s won’t break the bank . Reasonably priced and known for its praline bacon , it will satisfy your palate and your wallet.
I've only been for brunch but everything was so good. So much food! The praline bacon !
Woww amazing breakfasts and place. Shrimp omellette With grits and Elizabeth eggs
Funky brunch spot with unique menu items. Brie and salmon grilled cheese was to die for!
Had the Catfish and grits and the fried green tomatoes . yum Yum
Praline bacon in the dream burger was awesome! Loved the fried green tomatoes . Chicken livers on pepper jelly was yummy too.
Food was good but definitely pricy for the quality. Paid same for small breakfast plates and coffee as alligator , shrimp dinner the night before.
The duck breast with cherry wine sauce is pretty damn dope. Add some mashed potatoes and bacon braised cabbage and your meal's legit.
The soft shelled crab and eggs Florentine are fantastic!
Huge portions , great brunch spot with adorable decor.
Amazing biscuits , friendly staff and great value . Definitely a Bywater Gem
There are many great rooms in New Orleans, but the upstairs at Elizabeth’s is absolutely among them.
Great food at more reasonable prices than the FQ. I had the snapper with crawfish etouffe
The strawberry stuffed french toast is not for the faint of sweets... and the praline bacon should be part of the default order for ANYONE.
Food was enjoyable and you feel like you are eating in someone's home. Good soul food .
Blue cheese oysters and the boudin balls are amazing! Get both!
Absolutely delicious. The bacon is insane and the elizabeth's breakfast is perfection with thin grilled ham and poached eggs . Don't miss this spot!
The best biscuits & gravy I've ever put in my mouth!

Combo: waffle + praline bacon extra. Cut the bacon in pieces and mix both with syrup .
Hash browns are country style home potatoes , not shredded or grated.
Ask about the daily specials. Everything is good- including the tapped beer options. Yum! - Jenn Bacall
Almost all of the food is good, great specials, great daquiris, really good specials that are different every day. Always open, - Stephen Bosarge
The eggplant Napoleon appetizer is HUGE and delicious! 3 large eggplant medallions and PLENTY of fried shrimp. Crispy, not greasy. Crawfish cream sauce is as amazing as it sounds! - Erica Uli
Pretty and scenic. Climbing the bridge is part of the experience, definitely worth it; especially when on a run! - Cole T
Brilliant concept, wonderful setting/vibes. Very cool spot in NOLA for music and wine/cheese. - Leah
Lovely to walk through, there is usually live music and tasty treats to try! Plus great scenery - Candice Rivera
