Firekeepers has become our casino . In large part due to Mijem. The food is just that much better than the Detroit casino buffet fair . I think I part due to the smaller batches which means fresher food

DISGUSTING! Cook staff was eating food right off the line ! They put the spoon into one dish ate it, then used the same spoon in another dish! I wont even mention the chocolate fountain eating:(
