Easy going atmosphere, relaxed setting, friendly staff and GOOD FOOD. What more could you want!!!!

Just had the panko crusted halibut with wasabi sauce which was outstanding. Ditto the chowder . Gorgeous setting to boot

The deck and its scenery are the star of Salt. Average, disappointing dinner fare. Strong (sweet) cocktails . Have a glass of wine , graze on apps and enjoy a gorgeous slice of Shelter Island.

Great place for a yachty dinner without a membership! Pigs wings special were AMAZING! Hope they become a regular menu item. Favorite spot on Shelter Island!!

An Interesting mix of New American, Seafood and Sushi ? Given the mix you'd think it would fall flat but It's all somehow great!

The service, location and food are all really good. Lovely place, would definitely come again.

Do yourself a favor have a drink and skip the food , nice outdoor terrace and watch all the amateur boaters struggle docking their boats.
