I went there for Skream last night of residency and I wasn't disaappointed. Love the space and the people who work there are very nice. The soundsystem is as great as the line-ups (meaning fantastic).
Excellent DJs , reasonable entrance price. Cloak room is £2. Cheapest drink is £4.50 for a can of beer . Keep up to date with latest events on Resident Advisor.
Need a late night party on Tuesday night? Here's the answer. And don't be disappointed when you walk in! There real party is downstairs.
The stage is strangely tucked away to the right of the venue. So after you've got your drinks, head towards the right to find a good space. Not the biggest venue.
One of the super clubs of London guaranteed to always have good music . A great sound system as well .
Make sure you predrink - doubles are £9 upwards. Great music , first club I've really enjoyed in London.
The moment you walk into a place and see they only sell bottled beers you know you're in for an expensive night. With £4 for a 33cl can of beer , XOYO sadly is no exception.
One of my favourite venues for electro sets in London, great line ups and nice smoking terrace too. Saw Gold Panda performing there and it was absolutely brilliant.
I enjoyed the music in basement level floor came there at 10 and had to stand for 2 hours in queue, worth waiting tough
Fee 20£, expensive drinks. All techno music on main floor, some mainstream pop and trance downstairs. No way you can squeeze in or breathe down because there of bad ventilation and fog machine. ????????
The music in the underground room was unreal! But has THE smallest smoking area in the world
2 club rooms . The basement is way cooler than the ground floor !
Watching a gig? Stand to the left of the stage for easy access to the bar and to the stairs for a quick exit when it's over!
It's simply perfect. Cocktails , music and dance
Not as touristic as Fabric or other famous clubs, cool music and nice people. Very busy in pretty much every night. Somewhat expensive booze and shitty and extremely small smoking area though. Read more
Good sounds, nice layout! Could benefit from less smoke and less incense burning...
Good sound, nice staff , good lineups! Be careful of overflowing bathrooms :X
Great club in the City . 2 dance floors , very dark. Sensible door policy and friendly bar staff .
The sound system downstairs is brilliant!
If you want to feel like you're at the Oxford Circus tube station during rush hour, this place is for you!
They have a good programming but the staff is not that nice, the sound could be better. It close at 4AM, which mean that everybody leaves at the same time and wait 30min+ for their cloathes
Amazing electro sound
As a gig venue it's a little bit strange and takes a while to build an atmosphere, but I'm sure a night clubbing there would be awesome! Read more
Very nice club! If you like electro/house music , this place is perfect!
Although it’s as east London as pretending to like pie and mash , XOYO is a venue in the un-grand New York tradition. Read more
Prepare to sweat...this place gets rammed. Testament to the incredible bands that are booked to play here.
Convenient location, close to lots of various bars and restaurants . You're sure to have a good time
Different floors. The best is the Grime floor
Convenient location, close to lots of various bars and restaurants . You're sure to have a good time
Downstairs is the best place in the club
Great venue for more intimate shows!
Intimate gig space. Smelt nice.
Great shows, just right venue, decently priced drink. Word.
Seen some incredible shows here. A really small and intimate venue . Alcohol is way too expensive though.
Be sure to swing by the latest addition to Shoreditch's family. Almost every night run there is guaranteed to be fun.
Truly awful venue for gigs, much better for club nights .
Kitsuné Club Nights are heading to London for The Twelves' release party! Be there at XOYO on October 14 with Punks Jump Up, Moonlight Matters, Miami Horror and Tronik Youth! Read more
If its a gig, expect lots of talking throughout, if it's a club night , expect lots of people pushing past you.
Pretty good sound for a venue that is pretty much a factory basement , good bar-to-capacity ratio. (via Scoville) Read more
i-D magazine are hosting a monthly night called Mixtape at East London club XOYO’s upstairs bar . Read more
This place is fucking awesome.
Avoid the scrum at the bottom of the stairs when the lights go on at the end of the night by leaving early if possible.
The taps in the Gents will soak you in a second. Stand well clear!
Great location, good space for gigs, but atmosphere just not there :-(
Good Tunes ! #hiphop #friday
Get ready to queue to get in the smoking terrace
Over-priced and the worst is how you are pushed off the street at the end by security staff like if you were cattle. Oh, and expect Essex chavs. Awful.
Good r&b, average crowd
Bit of a uni students' haunt

One of my favourite bars in central London. Great music and love the concrete interior. But pricey unfortunately at £9 a cocktail - but good fun. - Rylan Holey
Awesome venue with several floors and good views. Also: roof terrace. - Daniël van der Winden
The ICA offers free wifi and great coffee ideal for a causal working meeting or arty elevenses. - Dave Marshall
Amazing soccer stadium. A lot of food and drink places and the staff is very helpful and polite. - Rodrigo Vaz
