Get a 6th floor balcony room. Nice hotel . English speaking. Wonderful live Vietnamese music in the restaurant .

Good location, clean & friendly , tidy rooms , lots of hot water for the shower , decent breakfast ! Not a "Design Hotel " but a good businesslike performance !!!

this is by far one of the best hotel i hv stayed in Hanoi at this price. At usd110, the quality is great! only pity is no out-looking windows.

Receptionist today 2am oct 6 when i checked was rude and had zero customer service....was tired from the airport and this guy was robotic, rude, imposing and lifeless.... What a waste....
