Head up to the fifth floor for the “rooftop ” amazing view of the Vortex. The canopy park and other family-friendly attractions are there. Grab a bite at Tanuki Raw and a cocktail at The World is Flat!
The Rain Vortex is beautiful. Make sure you see the light and music show in the evening, first one starts at 8pm and then every half hour, lasts about 5 minutes.

The rain vortex is simply stunning!
expected to have to weave through crazy crowds and queues but is now surprisingly doable. loads of food and shops and pretty amazing scenery for a nice family day out.
One of the best airport mall in the world, the concept of dome & its waterfall is stunning, greenish around it also a jenius design. One words “Cool”. Good idea to explore when you transit #TravelingSG
Cross-section of Jewel, an integrated complex of underground carpark, aviation facilities, retail , F&B, & other attractions . It occupies the old T1 open air carpark (top left photo) ????
One of my fave new malls at the moment. It’s beautiful, has the shops I love and plenty of food places!
The most amazing airport experience you could ever have ... this is a super nice mall with a huge 40 meters high fountain linked to the airport . You can easily enjoy few hours here before u travel.
Automated postal services. Look for this SAM machine outside Yotel on level 4. Buy stamps, weigh parcels, track postage items, pay bills/finee, donate!
Garden oases. On level 2, there are several green spaces with seats & lots of light, including this one: the South Gateway Garden with a view of the iconic Changi Airport control tower
Can’t remember where you parked your car? Go to any directory board and input your car plate number - your car’s exact location will be displayed and you will be directed there!
lots to do in this shopping mall , can spend the whole day here and not get bored. design and architecture is amazing. https://t.co/1aw7lb3LD6
Linkbridge connecting Terminal 3 & Jewel. It's a walk but at least it's covered & air-conditioned. You will end up at Jewel Lobby F area, with easy access to the rain vortex
Head up to the 5th floor for the “Rooftop ” amazing view of the Vortex. Also, the Canopy Park and other family-friendly attractions .
Children's playground on level 2. Get to lift lobby F. Play area is next to Tim Ho Wan , along the walls of Jewel
Jewel was born out of the need to increase passenger handling capacity for Terminal 1. The open air car park was converted into an integrated complex
It's a must if you're visiting Singapore, stunning place and you should not miss it !!
For mother’s with young babies, don’t miss the nursing rooms . It’s as good as it gets in Sg.
Covered link bridge between Terminal 2 and Jewel. It's quite a walk from T2 but it's air-conditioned & there are travelators along the way
Still lots of people. Worth a visit. Going up on the side in the garden area, it’s a good spot for photo
Just waouw! What a place to spend hours and hours! Cool shops and great food venues as well .
Quite perfect, spectacular design but the Sunday queues.. wow!!!!
Amazing, Fantastic, luar biasa
Outside of security - amazing views , tons of great food
Your visit to Singapore will be incomplete if you haven’t visited their latest jewel in the crown.. The Jewel! ????????????
Worth going through customs even on a layover to check it out. Try to catch the light show grab some great food
Be ready to make your way among the zombies stuck on their phones. Badly crowded , ill-managed & above all flocked by the locals all the time as if there is no other work except queuing brainlessly
Its lush and worth a visit if there’s time to spare
There's both lim chee guan and bee cheng hiang. To make up for the lack of pork elsewhere?
If you're visiting Singapore Airport whilst on a connecting flight, you won't be able to visit the Jewel whilst stuck within the transit area.
I love the sound here. Also the smell of food is all around.
There’s a shuttle bus to T4. Head to Level 1 and follow the signs.
The rain vortex does not operate 24 hours a day. Check the Jewel website for operating hours.
Vortex waterfall is a must see if you are in the airport .
Direct access to T1 from the lower levels
Rain vortex is so pretty. Various shopping stores. Beautiful pre-flight vibes
Restaurants are at B2. For Chinese food , AOne is good. Fast food choices are KFC, Subway, A&W, Burger King. For Jap, Itacho is good.
You cannot access it once you cross immigration!
They basically have everything here. Many Japanese shops, including Tokyu Hands and Pokemon store.
Worth the trip
Motorcycle parking is on B3, easily missed because they literally only have 3 signs indicating it in the entire carpark
Great place to do your shopping and kill time when leaving the country
You have to clear immigration again if you are in transit / connecting, such a ballache ????????
That’s amazing!!!!!
Not airside. Long walk. Another shopping mall . Cool one though
A cinema and a swimming pool ! But feels old and a little tired inside.
Thr most awesome shopping mall that I've been...
For foreigners, please do not surprise why so many people. Singapore locals always come to airport for eating and shopping and treat airport as another shopping mall !
Not all airlines have staff at early check in area. Check with your airline or you might be sorely disappointed.
Beautiful during day and night. Highlight of Jewel and Changi Airport. Don’t miss it when visiting Singapore! - Ting
Jewela melaka frozen custard is pretty good. It's thicker and gummier than ice cream. The Toppings are generous. - Gabriel Seah
2nd Apple store in Sg. Strange for an Apple store to be overshadowed by its surroundings. This one could be anywhere and does not integrate well with Jewel. The one at Orchard Rd is more interesting - Ting
Love the mall - it feels fresh and tailored to a more younger crowd. They even have a climbing wall!! ???? - Lisa Starbucks
Cold storage supermarket and a lot of food and beverage about. Double escalators encircling an open area, with a seasonal and nicely decorated common area which is great for kids - Vu Long Tran
Pretty spacious and lots of places to shop and eat. I especially liked the food court upstairs. Very stylish and cozy. - Sharifa Lee
very crowded and small space, quite a lot of merchandises though, it's a fun place to be at, especially if you are a pokemon fan. https://t.co/1aw7lb3LD6 - Tracy Loh
