Pork steak is amazing - you only need a plastic fork it’s so tender. Carolina gold bbq sauce , sweet, spicy . Had the green beans (!) and the Mac and cheese (+). Peach cobbler is above average.
Ribs are excellent-ask for a fork as they're so tender they actually fell off the bone.
They have the best ribs in Ofallon and their Carolina mustard sauce is killer!
