Ac is not working. Opened the window to have better termperature inside the room. It's colder outside compared to room with ac . ????????????

Just go to the Sheraton in the corner and save yourself a headache. This place is dated, wifi is non existent, service is horrendous plus the whole hotel smells like bathroom cleaner.

The supposed luxe of a 5-star doesn't fit with the very poor service: the room service is irritantly slow, in the breakfast buffet the replace of dishes is a complete disaster, etc

Small rooms and dirty , breakfast is too weak, I don't want to talk about fitness or spa , u can't imagine.

Genel temizlik ve konfor olarak güzel. Jetset genel olarak "pazarlık" (!) yöntemiyle çalışan bir yer. Size gülen kızların çoğunluğunun aslında ne olduğunu 2000 dirhem lafını duyunca anlarsınız :)

Tendrás que probar la comida, es buenísima. Sube al quinto piso en la noche y quedarás impresionado con la panorámica que ofrece el lugar. Lo único malo es que encontré dos cucarachas ????

Le Restaurant 'la brasserie ' en bas de l'hôtel est bien. le service est soigné. je vous conseilles les calamars à la provençale et le filet de st pierre aux artichauts .
