One of the few free spaces that you can relax. The water fountains nice but not sure why it's not turned off when it's raining...
個人的にガーデンズのおすすめスポット。4階にあってたまにイベント 開催されています。ややわかりにくいけど木の葉ステージ 向かって左から奥の方にもつながっています。
イベントスペース が見やすい。但し、夏の西陽は逆光になるし、冬は吹き晒が厳しい
土日はイベント などで、ステージ 近辺で休憩できない事があります。
フリーライブなどのイベント が行われるところ。
水着キッズが多数。
