I worked here 1 summer 20 years ago, and still love Pugneys - it's the closest thing Wakefield has to a beach ! When it's a warm day, it looks like half of Wakefield comes here!

A brisk walk round takes apx 30 mins. 30p parking charge for one hour - bargain compared to Bretton Park

There's an outdoor shower for dogs, 50p for five minutes.

A good place for a run 1.3 miles all the way round, track yourself with Endomondo or miCoach.
