The locals like their BBQ sandwiches wet. That means 'slaw on top. Whole Hog has great pulled pork or chicken , brisket and ribs . The potato salad is rumored to be the best around!
Tried the whole hog platter . Wish the pulled pork and brisket were a little bit more moist and carried more of their own flavor. But don't miss the ribs , potato salad or cheesy corn . Mix the sauces!

My second visit was $18+ for a baked potato and a beer while I waited. When I got home, I found that that cheese was still cold and unmelted and that it was not loaded with ingredients.

The ribs are good. The BBQ nachos seemed to have cheese applied straight from a nacho machine on them, additionally, the cheese was not hot (temperature).

If you're not from the South, pay special attention if you order a BBQ sandwich - they come with cole slaw on them unless you request otherwise!
