Good range of kid friendly activities which can be completed in the heat, we were there on a very humid day and survived, probably a couple of pounds lighter due to perspiration :) !

A pleasant place to learn about traditional art of Taiwan . It is very fun to try out and learn about them. Plus it is a good place to walk around.

Great tourist spot. One of the best places in all my Taiwan journey. There are free shows as well as decent stores.

Basically a theme park style for traditional Taiwanese puppeteering. Adult Entry 150 NT. Performances with old and contemporary styles through out the day. Great for children with DIY stations.

Very entertaining venue with lots of souvenirs shops (refined traditional items), DIY workshops and great performance shows.

Coffee : Mr Brown by food court at end of village opposite hotel front desk.

The gold sculpture of ants , dragon flies etc around the tree - is truly astounding. Must see.
