Chile Rellenos are awesome. Salsa is mediocre. Queso is great. Nachos are made with lighter chips than freebie starters. Have to ask for them on purpose if you like them thin.
It's not gourmet but it's a Tulsa Okie-Mex institution. Wait staff is very friendly . Restrooms have funny old-school signs!
I worked at Riicardo's & I can tell you that everything is freshly made in the restaurant every morning and nothing beats the chili rellenos

Not empressed. The waiter acted like he didn't have a clue food was not edible . # 7 is bland and greasy... The fajitas were nasty ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
