Great place to start the night if in a large group. Fantastic drinks choices (imported bottled lagers ) at cheap prices. Avoid later on when the remainders are rat arsed

Tony Kingfisher

A good bar for a meeting point but real ale selection and quality has gone downhill in recent months...opt for craft ale bottles or cider selection-food not good either-good bar for late night beer

Tom Lever

Great value all the time great range of beers

Connor Ashman

Howard Hughes

Had an excellent selection of real ales when I visited

David Turner

Staff were talking to one and other very loudly while I was trying to order food and drink, the young lady behind the bar even shouted loudly that she was "fu*#ing sick of working" that day.

Plhi Sheps

Good starter pub , gets busy though

Soothsayer Gimp

I'm the mayor and I work in Warrington. Last time I tried to use the mayorship they told me the four square button had gone from the till.

Michael Holdsworth

Not the best. Some decent ales on, but there's other, better choices around.

Soothsayer Gimp

My avatar is a crowd surfing randomer at Kendal Calling festival . I'm really a gothic hamster with mayorship status

mike harvey

Not a bad pub , been here a few times, food and drink what you expect from a spoons. Not bad.

Richard Jackson

I think the manageress is the mayor so she stops punters having the 20%

Soothsayer Gimp

No more salad cream sachets makes me sad. Why keep horseradish sauce and ditch salad cream. This is illogical to me...

Soothsayer Gimp

Although it's true, I probably wouldn't believe the below tip. Keep challenging buddy

David Turner

When food order came food was poor quality and cold. Standards have really slipped on what used to be somewhere I used to enjoy going.

Bradley Hollingsworth

Luke Bosman
