Customer service is with camera department now and you can go to any customer service department in any other retail store and wait just as long. They go as fast as they can for the services offered.
Check out by the west door (in the video rental dept). You'll save yourself at least 10 minutes of wait time.
Customer service here sucks. I frequently wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes while watching managers walk carelessly by. Still, I come back because of the location.
