I love this place and atmosphere, but I dont know why the service is that bad

I unlocked a special, but it was aimed for a company of four people a free dessert . I was rejected to be given the dessert but was promised a homemade lemonade instead.deal. fresh and healthy.

Lunch menus are ok, but around lunch time the service is slow. Don't forget to take a look in the check for mistakes.

Service, not proper; Parmesan basket is burned; carpaccio , served with 1 cold, dry slice of bread and 5 Parmesan shavings! Fettuccine with beef are tasteless and overcooked! There are better places!

Хапването е обедната почивка на терасата е крайно препоръчително. Мил и любезен персонал, чудесна атмосфера и гледка, отлично качество на менюто.

Храната не беше лоша. Цените са нормални. Сервитьорката изпусна върху мен една вилица и ме изцапа с доматен сос, но не се притесни особено. Каза: "Ще се изпере." Не можеше да платя с карта.

Приятна обстановка, нелошо меню, но обслужването е бавно и разсеяно. Толкова ли е сложно освен в мебели да се инвестира и в персонала?

Не мога да повярвам, колко много е паднало качеството на обслужването и на храната за изминалата година. Скоро няма да се върнем в това заведение.

Заведението е добро и е вкусно, но обалужването е трагично. Сервитьорките са злобни и се появяват веднъж на високосна година.

Ослужването е вяло. Кухнята е далеч от вкусна. Всичко друго разбирам, но 3лв за малка мин .вода и 10 лв за кана айрян, вече ми идва в повече...

Отказаха да ми направят омлет за обяд. Недоизмита салата и миришещо пиле в прашна чиния. Сервитьорът беше потресаващо нагъл.

Приятно място, но навън е шумно от вентилацията и булеварда. Италианската пица не е нищо особено!!!

Най-доброто ризото с чушки!! Пиците си заслужават също - много леки и с прекрасно тесто.

По-добре изберете Fancy или Confetti .

Никога повече тука. Малка мин . вода струва 3 !!! лв. Спагетите на някоя автогара сигурно са по вкусни.

Храната и обслужването бяха на ниво. Оригиналното тирамису беше много вкусно!
