냉면하면 함흥냉면, 평양냉면 해서 북쪽의 대표음식이 있다. 하지만 남쪽엔 냉면의 전통이 없을꺼라 생각하는 분들이 많은데, 이것이 진주 냉면이다. 냉면의 전통! 그 맛은 먹어보신분만 얘기하랏! 사실 진주의 본점만 한지는 조금 갸우뚱하지만 부산에서 맛볼수있어 좋습니다^^ - Jinseong Son
We LOVED this little noodle spot! Only 3 menu items (had the two noodle dishes) around 4-4500 Won each. Watch the noodles made fresh. On a corner in the Seomyeon area. Fabulous! - Simple Discoveries
We had the Soba and spicy mixed noodles. You can taste the quality of the noodles. :-) Also the Yubu sushi wad awesome. They only have a limited number. - Paul Kim
