Not the same Rahat Bakers as the one in Blue Area/Pindi, this is a branch of the Rahat Bakery located in Lahore.
Arabian Desserts counter is not bad. (Baklavas ). Next to it the cookies are also ok. Cold salad are terrible, too Salty and too spicy . Pizzas are ok. And the outside juices are fresh. Coffee is ok.

Horrible quality all the way from the cake rusks to the other stuff they have. Unfortunately beggars cannot be choosers.
