Their fries are so, so good. Ate all of mine, then continued to eat my boyfriends while he was in the bathroom . That's what boyfriends are for, stealing their fries . Dang it. Now I want fries .

Burgers are very good. I enjoyed mine. While it's an obvious step up from fast food , Shake Shack still blows them away.

The bacon cheeseburger has the perfect stock toppings. Don't forget to ask for whally sauce. It's not advertised! Great food, though.

I liked The Melt. Onion rings are a little different but awesome. Sweet potato tots have added sugar which just seems unnecessary.

(Cont.) It took a good 20 minutes until the cleaning crew was alerted. Meanwhile, the mess was covered by one napkin (placed by the family) as incoming customers stepped on it, thereby spreading it.

The burgers are great the French fries are great but the onion rings look weird and I didn't try desert

Stick to the signature burgers , very good! Melt was just ok. Wish they have more beer selection but the Harpoons are solid.

The staff need training . A small kid threw up on the floor; his embarrassed family tried to clean up the mess with a broom and napkins while staff simply stared or pretended not to see/walked away.

Dissapointed in the burgers , asked for medium well , it came out charred. They made my stepson leave his souvenir red sox cup at the door, promising it would be ok.. they threw it out unapologetically.

The donny is the best so good

Wasn't terrible. Wasn't great either. Decor was nice. Some staff was grouchy. My burger and tots were on the soggy side, but it wasn't the worst burger I've had.

Average burgers but the star was the Boston-Style milkshake which they call "Frappes "

Service is awful. So many employees just sitting around not doing anything. Food is below average you're better off going somewhere else.
