Like anywhere else, be prepared to wait. However, the staff are very helpful. My Dr was very understanding, friendly , took time to explain my condition, answer my questions n explore all options.

Doctors and nurses are good.

Arrive 15 mins early or on time for appt. Do not need to arrive too early as you will wait longer as not your appt time.
