I love the beer here. They're always rotating the taps and have a great selection of bottles too. Knowledgeable staff . We missed the cinnamon buns but enjoyed the paprika popcorn .
Beat the crowd and make it before the 20 minute lineup, you can make it to brunch . Try their sour cherry beer with your food! Crowded , busy place at rush hour; you won't find peace and quiet there.
The cinnamon buns are an excellent choice for brunch . They are large and in charge. Therefore can be shared quite easily or if you are feeling particularly manly… you get the idea.
Chicken and waffles is a must try! Different than the usual plate you'd get elsewhere. So heartwarming in cold Edmonton weather. ???????? ???? ☺️
Strengths – Very flavourful food & drinks. Weaknesses – No sustainable initiatives. Good items to buy: Pulled pork , Chicken & waffles , Leffe Blonde.
Small shop. Best to go early on weekends for brunch as wait times can be long. Small menu but delicious. Service was nothing special. Best Benny in town hands down!

I'm on and off when it comes to eating lamb . But the lamb burger was delicious and not gamy at all. I would recommend it. Chicken and waffles are great too!
The SugarBowl's cinnamon buns are consistently touted as one of the best reasons to visit Edmonton. Maybe that's why they tend to sell out before noon! Recommended by the new book You Gotta Eat Here! Read more
My go to for breakfast / brunch , delicious cinnamon rolls are a must, super casual and lively .
Breakfast sandwich , cinnamon bun , coffee and Their 90’s Grunge playlist set the tone for our long drive. Perfect morning breakfast
Always busy, but it's the best place to have breakfast . The cinnamon bun is wonderful (wonderful!) and the London Fog is the best!
Cinnamon Buns are the city favourite here - if you have never had one you need to try it at least once, but try to get there by 10:30am or you risk them being sold out.
I tried the red curry laksa...it was fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The sea food was also perfect..
I love the sugarbowl. Best place to have amazing food on campus, accompanied with delicious beers ! Also try the London Fog
Don't leave without having tried whatever is on their rotating tap! And it's worth making a reservation if you're headed there in the evening. Any evening.

Great service, firendly Staff and outstanding choice of quality Beer . Oh... and did I mention the homemade Ketchup ??
Amazing food, great ambiance, please check them out!
Edmonton sucks for breakfast places. This is decent for Edmonton. If you want amazing, you won't find it in this city
Have the lamb burger with chèvre . Your taste buds will thank you.
Breakfast sandwich was great. Cinnamon gigantic for the price. Worth it for sure :)
Chicken and Waffles and cinnamon buns are amazing!!! Yummmiiii
Always a great time! If you can manage to get a table, you'll never have to leave!
The only place in town to have Kriek Lambic (the ultimate Belgian cherry beer ).
Beer , cornbread , beer , cinnamon buns , beer , beer , cornbread , beer , cinnamon buns . Apparently that's all that's good. Useless tips 4sqr-ers. Useless!
Try to stay early because you have to wait for a table... But the brunch its excellent! :)
I had to check out those sweet, sweet cinnamon buns . They met their rating by Foursquare peeps! #yegfood
Cinnamon buns to die for and a beer list longer then my arm!
Chicken Waffles is sooo good. Also, Pinkus Hefe-Weissen. Try it.
You'll come to Sugarbowl for the warm and sweet cinnamon buns , not for the cold and unpleasant waitresses . There should be a "no smile, no tip" rule.
Chicken and waffle ???? However, wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like foods with a sweet zest!
Awesome cinnamon Buns - You have to try one. Might want to share though, as they are massive!
Try something from "You Gotta Eat Here!": Cinnamon Bun , Chicken & Waffles , Lamb & Goat Cheese Burger
Not on the menu but the pulled pork poutine is so tasty it can only just be legal!
the place is famous for its drinks... loved the mojito :-)
So Cosy on a chilly day
Only place I've been able to find Lindeman's Raspberry Lamb anymore. That stuff is delicious.
Be sure to ask for any addendums to the beer list before you invest time in choosing. It is frequently incorrect.
try the chicken and waffles they are so yummy!!!
Great beer selection on tap.
Right place to go
A Sugar Bowl cinnamon bun is not your average Cinnzeo pretender. No, these babies are massive hunks of sugary, sticky goodness, loaded with cinnamon . Learn more at our spotlight at the link below. Read more

One of those old traditional cinemas where you sit in velvety seats, the screen is framed by long red curtains and you feel the rest of Hollywood's glamour. Great independent films, great prices! Fav - Kristina
