Found this hidden aircon eatery - 328 Katong Laksa , at 2nd floor for decent lunch during peak lunch hour (when IKEA restaurant was crowded ), before walking back to order furniture at next door IKEA.

This place reminds me of the plight of the old Katong Mall [now known as 112 Katong] (also at a road junction) before an investment property management firm stepped in to revamp to better retail mix.

This 328 Katong Laksa outlet doesn't sell coffee , but allow me to da-bao coffee from downstairs Toast Box or Prata shop to drink at this outlet when dine-in. Only 7 patrons during peak lunch hr on Sat

Mall that has a modern feel and houses shops that will remind you the likes of Queensway Shopping Ctr.

Atmosphere Bistro with the Art Latte and Rainbow cake has moved out T_T

17 Sep 2016: Business is cold that they are offering Carpark Redemption coupon (at this expensive carpark mall/hotel) for customer who spends $10 & above within same day. Carpark promo is not obvious.

One of the few shopping centres now where the aircon is actually decent!

There's a medium-sized Gain City outlet at level 3, but there's also not much crowd, perhaps due to its limited choices at this outlet.

Pretty dead mall with empty shops. But master prata is worth checking out.

A hotel and shopping mall at alexandra. This is upvalue my 12th year old Strathmore unit.
