Broken shower . You tell reception about it in the morning. They say they'll fix it. You come back in the evening. Nothing has been done. They refuse to change your room and say they can't repair it.
Beg them for non smoking room otherwise you'll end up in the worst of the worst even if a non smoker. Rooms seriously need re doing. Old, worn out . Never stayed at an Etap so awful.
