That's interesting. I find the staff to be above average. But the accommodations are beginning to look dated. The food, gym , and spa are a lovely getaway.
I am a frequent guest and the quality and service here are top-notch. Regarding the violation, someone left a bottle of cleaner where they shouldn't have and they've learned their lesson. No big deal!

Great takeout food. Sushi , gourmet soup and sandwiches . Don't forget the Starbucks coffee !
Restaurant on site is an amazing fine dining experience.
Business centre is disappointing. Requires extra paid Internet access (not even billable to room). Staplers and supplies weren't stocked. Room is beautiful though. And good food so far.

Gelato, crêpes and good coffee. What more could you ask for? How about a nice patio for sunny days? The popular Cajun Chicken crepe has a slight spice, but a sauce would have pushed it over the top - Metro News
