Great spot for business meetings . I often stop by in the mornings for breakfast at their cafe , or for a drink at Polo Lounge in the evenings

Breakfast at the cafe has good spread of different options. Service is great. The polo lounge at night is a nice sophisticated place to have an evening cocktail . Cons security to get into the hotel

If you’re a tourist , this hotel’s arcade is very good place for pashmina shopping. They carry various products and know each customer’s needs. Don’t forget to negotiate price when you buy!

The hotel is really comfortable especially the beds and pillows :) Also staffs are kind, everthing seems perfect.

Polo lounge and amenities are nice, but the security is the worst. Metal detectors and X-ray machines should only be for war zones. Is Delhi a war zone?

DO NOT have a western breakfast . The local food is so good and you'll miss it when you leave!

I hope this is the worst room in this hotel . I made check in at 4:00 oclock wake up at 11 when ı look out. I saw the wall only only. And all hotel air con voice is in the room. It was really terrible

They really take care of you here. All staff speak perfect English. Delicious food. A grand place to stay, plenty of marble , pleasant grounds.

Want to have something "Meetha" after dinner , order for chocolate cake with dark chocolate fantasy !!!

The bakery at the Hyatt has some of the best bread in town . It's half-price between 8-9pm!

The hotel restaurants are fabulous. This is a beautiful hotel .

5 min Tuk Tuk away is amazing local North India Restaurant- no alcohol and definitely their for the food not atmosphere. ~$7 pp for good local experience
