Great bread/pastries but go early as they sell out fast. Car park is always full at weekends and shelves are often half empty as they can’t keep up with demand

神奈川の 今はなきブノワトン。湘南小麦 の 自社栽培製粉まで行ない、オーナーはフランスでフレンチを学んだ高橋シェフでした。私が愛知から訪れた時はたいてい同じように県外からパン を買いにくる人で店は溢れていました。あの味の 遺 遺伝子は少なからずここにも生きているの だと思います。

お店の 人曰く、午前11時頃が1番パン の 種類が揃っているそうです。午後4時にはほぼ完売です。お目当ての パン があれば1つからご予約もできますよ！是非お店でパン の リストを貰ってみてください！
