A very cosy pub with an open fire and good Roast Lamb . Excellent Apple Crumble and Butcombe on tap .
Outstanding English pub that you only find if you know it’s here. Good ales , great food, even better atmosphere. A must.
Excellent food - the Green Chilli Cheeseburger is incredible.
Go for the lamb . Delicious. Avoid the John Dory and the 'Dressed crab '. Disappointing.

Great array of cheap, well kept real ales which are regularly rotated to keep things interesting. Used to go to the Antrobus but go here now. - Gary B
