I’m a NYC’r and had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Good food, great service. Relaxed ambiance . Underrated. Walk the pier afterwards
Any dish at Joseph's is good. Outside dinning is also available. Make an evening out of it and have a glass of wine at the bar first or perhaps a walk along the dock while waiting on your table.
Here is the best tip of all: Visit Joseph's and ask for Marquis as your server. He is amazingly awesome. Great food, overlooks neat harbor
