Can say one of the best gym in the neighborhood with huge space and equipments, sauna , steam...

Everything is good here... u just need to have the determination to go and work out there :)

The gym I can say its good except the for the foul smell generated by other members. They must use deodorants prior coming for an exercise. Hygiene still the main considerations here.

Good time to work out is after 8.30 pm as it it less crowded
