Il Complesso ospita la collezione di strumenti musicali antichi donata dal Maestro Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini, costituita da circa novanta pezzi tra clavicembali, spinette, pianoforti clavicordi e altri strumenti, e la biblioteca specializzata del musicologo bolognese Oscar Mischiati.
