Meat is cut/shaved/sliced by order. Yes they weigh it but the sandwiches are loaded (and taste awesome) for only $5. Line moves quick too. Roast beef or turkey on sourdough with fresh tomatoes

They weigh all the meat on a scale. The scale isn't wiped down between customers, so beware if you don't want your food touching someone else's ham !
