Great food but never a quick stop even though if u are familiar with paneras in general they usually are. Tammy is their only saving grace.

The bagels are great (especially the cinnamon crunch and chocolate chip ones). The rest of the food is just so-so.
Salads are great and are reasonable as far as calories go.
